Keisuke Narahashi

Keisuke Narahashi is the Council’s Senior Regional Manager for Asia, seconded from Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Japan. Keisuke is responsible for strengthening the Council’s member committees for the Asia and Asia-Pacific region, developing, and strengthening relationships with regional stakeholders.

Before joining the Global Secretariat, Keisuke worked in the Wind Power Department at TEPCO Renewable Power Company, where he focused on developing offshore wind power projects in Japan, with a particular emphasis on business structuring, project financing, and other commercial aspects.

He is currently based in London, UK. He holds a degree in Commerce, and he speaks English and Japanese.
