Rachel Wilkerson

Rachel Wilkerson is the World Energy Council's Senior Manager for Quantitative Analysis. She is responsible for creating, managing, and adapting the Council’s Insights Toolkit.

Rachel works to build mathematical models that attune to the realities faced by stakeholders in the civic sector. She earned a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Warwick where she studied causation in graphical models. She also holds a M.Sc. in Complexity Science from Warwick and a B.A. from Baylor University where she studied Mathematics and French.
