Reshma Carmel Francy

With over 10 years of experience across the world of clean energy and climate change, Reshma is leading the development of the Council’s flagship World Energy Trilemma Index report. She has previously worked with the UAE in the development of energy policies and strategies to drive energy transitions forward. In her last role she was engaged with the Council’s Scenarios program and brings the experience of foresight to the development of the Trilemma into a policy pathfinding tool.

She is also pursuing her PhD with the Technical University of Munich School of Politics on the role of actors in enabling energy transitions in the Gulf States.
