Sandra Winkler

Sandra Winkler is the Senior Director of Insights. She heads the Insights team, leading on the delivery of the Council's Insights work and development of tools, supporting the Council's worldwide energy communities.

Sandra also leads the intergovernmental engagement function, where she works to involve the Council in major international processes and organisations, drive impactful advocacy strategies in line with the Council’s messages and deliver optimal outcomes for the Council’s membership.

She holds a degree in business economics, is fluent in English and German, and is working on French and Russian.
