On the 25th of April 2023, World Energy Council/Romanian National Committee will organize a conference, with physical presence at Central Library – University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest about ” DIGITALIZATION OF ENERGY PROCESSES“.
The paradigms of the Information Society and the Knowledge Society, which have led to the increased performance of the energy sector, require the appropriation and implementation of new process technologies, new organisational systems and increased demands on their performance. Technological progress achieved through the digitalization of processes, the development of modern communication systems and the development of IT platforms ensure that energy processes can be controlled, effective measures can be taken to ensure security of energy supply, customer satisfaction and efficient metering of services. Special attention must be paid to the training of staff to meet these requirements, with repercussions on all levels of educational training.
