WEBINAR ON THE WORLD ENERGY CONGRESS

Join BusinessNZ Energy Council (BEC - New Zealand Member Committee) and the Young Energy Professionals Network (YEPN) for an online discussion to hear insights following the WEC Congress in Rotterdam in April. On Thursday, 27 June from 12 pm - 1 pm (New Zealand time) online. 

Moderated by Tina Schirr, they will dive into themes from the Congress such as hydrogen and clean fuels, new technology integration and market design, consumer and demand-side dynamics, the impact of digitalisation on demand + the future of nuclear, and geopolitics. 

In navigating these topics, they try to understand the future pathway of their energy transition - and whether they follow the World Energy Council 2024 scenarios of "rocks or rivers".
