This high-level event focuses on global carbon neutrality is organised by GEIDCO - Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization - an international organisation headquartered in Beijing dedicated to the promotion of sustainable development worldwide. Confirmed speakers in addition to Dr Angela Wilkinson include Prof. Petteri Taalas, Secretary General of the World Meteorology Organization, and Dr. Elham Ibrahim, former Commissioner of Infrastructure & Energy of the African Union Commission and former First Under Secretary of State in the Ministry of Electricity and Energy of Egypt.
