Energy Talks

On Monday, 11 November 2024 at the Zimmerleuten, Switzerland.

This event was dedicated to the topic: "Biomethane and renewable gases: the key to the defossilisation of Switzerland and the transformation of the refining and chemical industry".

We would like to thank our speakers in particular, who enriched the event with their valuable contributions:

  • Jens Schmidt, CTO of TES H2, impressed us with his presentation on "eNG (synthetic methane) as a universal, fast, affordable and scalable solution of the green energy transition for various industries".
  • Georg Meier, Head of Biogas at Renera Trading AG, shared in-depth insights into "Biomethane and the role of renewable gases in the defossilisation of Switzerland".
  • Special thanks also go to Daniela Decurtins, President of the World Energy Council Switzerland, who moderated the event.

The engaged discussions and valuable contributions of all those present underline the importance of an ongoing dialogue for a sustainable energy future in Switzerland.
