World Engineering Day 2024 in Lisbon

The World Engineering Day 2024 Conference in Lisbon “Energy Transition and Sustainability”

On Monday, 4th March 2024 from 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm Lisbon time (GMT) / 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm Paris time (GMT+1), which will feature a panel of prestigious speakers.

The World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) is an international NGO associated with UNESCO. It represents 30 million engineers in nearly 100 countries.

Within the WFEO, France is represented by the Ingénieurs et Scientifiques de France (IESF).

President of the Energy Committee and member of the Executive Council of the WFEO, following her election on the proposal of the IESF, Marie-Line Vaiani, Secretary General of the French Energy Council, will speak on 4 March on the occasion of the World Day of Engineering for Sustainable Development proclaimed in 2019 by UNESCO, on the theme " The reinforcement of the energy interconnections and the optimization of the energy markets in Europe".
