Registration instructions
- Click on the shared link.
- Click on "Register Now".
- Fill in the required information.
- On the Hotels page, you will find exclusive rates for participants at the official congress hotels, you will be able to book your accommodation all in the registration form.
- On the Payment page, if you have a member discount code, enter it exactly as provided in the field labeled "Enter discount code", then click "Apply".
- Proceed with your registration payment using a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).
- You will receive a confirmation email and a welcome message for World Energy Week 2025.
IMPORTANT:
Your confirmation email will include a QR code. Please have it ready for a quick check-in and badge pickup at the event.
Modifying your registration
If you need to update your registration details:
- Go back to the registration link.
- Click on "Already Registered?".
- Enter your email (used for registration) and your confirmation number, which will be sent to you after completing your registration.
IMPORTANT: After 30 August 2025, registration modifications will not be accepted. Please make sure all details are correct before submitting or make any modifications before the deadline.
