Latin America’s main aggregated and interconnected sectors - such as transport, manufacturing and agriculture - are the main contributors to the region’s greenhouse gas emissions. The decarbonisation of the electricity sector in these interconnected sectors is a starting point in finding a viable solution to generating clean energy and supporting further deployment of renewables.
