The SET Tech Festival, Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue and EventHorizon, which all form part of the Berlin Energy Week, will convene leading players, including 100 high-level speakers in the global energy transition.
At the festival – an international event for start-ups, investors and the energy industry, start-ups will be able to watch the finalists’ presentations and establish contact with potential customers and investors, in the Berlin Kulturbrauerei. An exhibition will showcase young enterprises whose energy solutions are already making successful contributions to climate protection.
On 17 - 19 April, the award-winning event will bring the latest global technological achievements to the former Power Station Mitte to join forces and unite the Who’s Who of both the traditional energy and
innovative blockchain sectors, once again. The 3 days will be filled with energetic keynotes, powerful Start-Up Pitches, educational Deep Dives Sessions and numerous unprecedented interactive experiences. They will revitalise the former Power Station with solutions and new concepts focusing on the development of a consumer focused, fair and sustainable energy future.
With the motto “Flip the switch & turn on the power of tomorrow, today!”, Event Horizon is the only annual event centered on energy blockchain solutions for a future based solely on renewable resources.
On Tuesday, 17 April 2018, the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue’s evening reception will bring together all guests of the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue, the SET Tech Festival and EventHorizon at the Kraftwerk Berlin. In the halls of this former power plant, 18 international start ups will be presented as finalists in six award categories at the electrifying ceremony of the Start Up Energy Transition (SET) Award.
The Berlin EnergyTransition Dialogue connects stakeholders from politics, business and civil society. This two-day conference turns Berlin into the hotspot of the global energy transformation towards renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Over the course of the whole week, guided tours, receptions and interactive workshops will also take place in addition to official side events.
