MEET OUR NEW TALENTED FEL BOARD
The Council was excited to appoint new members to its Future Energy Leaders’ Board comprised of young energy professionals from diverse nationalities, earlier this month.
The Board’s priorities will be to pursue the FEL-100 mission and execute its core strategies by fostering a valued community of exceptional young energy professionals from around the world. This will promote active involvement in the Council’s activities, contributing to the energy solutions for tomorrow.

Nuno Silva, Chair of the Board commented:
“The new Boards’ mission is also to increase interaction with the Council’s local member committees and facilitate integration of new members. This will broaden our ambition and will allow the FEL community to actively engage in line with the Council’s new strategy.
We aim to steer members of our Future Energy Leaders’ programme, our alumni and mentors towards the next level, leveraging on achievements accomplished by the previous Board. As Chair of the Board, I hope I can enhance the cohesion of the group and help increase the impact created by our community towards a sustainable energy future.”
The mission of the Future Energy Leaders' (FEL) Board is also to encourage responsibility, self-determination and leadership, as well as select new programme participants.
