Annabelle Sibué

Head of Product, Digital and IT, Iberdrola Energie France

After a scientific preparatory school, Annabelle integrated into the engineering school of Mines ParisTech and graduated in 2014 with a major in Energy and Mechanics. She then joined the PSL Technologic Institute for Innovation, focusing on Energy and Materials majors, from which she graduated in 2015. Pursuing a career in the energy sector to contribute to what represents to her the major opportunity of this century came naturally.

After exploring both the industrial and the production sides through internships in India, France and the US, Annabelle started her career in demand-side management, essential to unlocking large-scale renewable production. She also experimented with Consulting to enrich her vision of the energy ecosystem, working on natural gas efficiency and biomethane. In 2023, she joined Iberdrola France to lead the Digital team and offered efficient solutions around data monitoring and analysis, and facilitated project development and business collaboration.

Annabelle is a core member of FEL-France since 2021, as part of the coordination team in 2023. She actively participates in member events and is strongly implicated in energy literacy, raising awareness amongst the younger generation.
