Her professional career stands out for her leadership in the Delsitanisagua hydroelectric power station, where her experience has enabled significant advances in maintenance and instrumentation. She also collaborated with the IT department and developed IoT projects with the design and implementation of a prototype energy meter.

Arianna holds an Electronic Engineer and a master’s degree in Energy Efficiency and Big Data, reflecting her deep knowledge and commitment to sustainable energy practices, project management, and social development. Her contributions go beyond technical expertise; she is also an academic advocate for the Energy for Women, Youth for Action Program (ONU), highlighting her dedication to gender diversity and empowerment within the industry.

In addition to her technical and academic achievements, Arianna has participated in various programs as a speaker at YACHAY, UTPL, UPS, and CAMPUS PARTY. This linguistic ability enhances her ability to interact with multiple professionals and stakeholders in the global energy community.
