Henar Rabadan
Hydrogen Market Intelligence and Business Development, Repsol
Henar is an energy transition enthusiast who wants to have an active role in the development of a Net Zero future. She is currently in charge of Market Intelligence within Repsol’s Hydrogen Division developing the internal vision of hydrogen and derivatives markets and their respective value chains. As part of the Business Development team, she also helps in the origination, evaluation, and materialization of opportunities. Previously, Henar held a position in Repsol’s Corporate Strategy team where she developed the 21-25 Strategy Plan in 2020. The same year, she completed a Disruptive Strategy Course at Harvard Business School. Before joining Repsol, she was granted a Fulbright scholarship to study for her master’s in energy resources at The University of Texas at Austin (UT) where she worked at the UT Energy Institute and at the UT Environmental Science Institute. She also held management board positions in different student organizations. In 2021, Henar co-founded Fulbright Network Spain funded by the US Department of State and developed in collaboration with the US Embassy in Spain and the Spanish Fulbright Commission.
