Joe works closely with clients in the Middle East across the energy sector, advising them in navigating reputational risks and developing effective communications strategies. 

He is keenly interested in the synergy between the energy sector and the creation of effective communication strategies to tackle the complex challenges of the ever-evolving energy landscape. 

Before joining Kekst CNC, Joe spent several years with the World Energy Council. During this time, he worked with the Member Networks and Communications Team, taking the lead on social media and strategic communications campaigns. In his role, he engaged with numerous government ministries, as well as private and state corporations in the energy sector. 

Joe holds an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London, and has experience working with NGOs and charities. In addition to English, he is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
