As the Vice Chairman of FEL Mongolia, he provides strategic direction, represents the NGO at global forums, secures financial stability through sponsorships and grants, fosters international partnerships, and leads the National Future Energy Leaders programme. His focus is on attracting foreign direct investment into Mongolia’s energy sector, developing hybrid power systems for remote industrial facilities, and promoting a competitive energy market. Khangalsaikhan is dedicated to advancing Mongolia's transition to sustainable energy solutions and driving impactful energy advocacy efforts.
