Kodjovi Luis is a 29-year-old project engineer specializing in the energy, industry, and environment sectors. He holds a master's degree in energetic and thermal engineering that focuses on renewable and efficient energy options. Originally from Togo, Kodjovi completed most of his second cycle study in Benin.

From February 2019 to November 2023, Kodjovi worked as a working engineer on nearly 10 rural electrification projects across various African countries, including Mali, Mauritania, Togo, Benin, and Congo. Since November 2023, he has been working as a project engineer, where his responsibilities include designing and implementing an industrial and energy project. He has also worked with international organizations such as ECOWAS and IFDD.

To enhance his background, Kodjovi has pursued training and certification in areas such as energy management, environmental law, project and policy planning, and project monitoring and evaluation.
