His commitment to tackling climate change led him to found 'Turn Up the Light,' an initiative dedicated to fostering climate-resilient innovations. Through this, Noureddine has championed solutions that empower remote communities and promote sustainable practices.
As a Subsea Cables/Interconnectors package Lead Engineer, Noureddine has had the privilege of working in diverse and unique locations, both offshore and onshore.
His involvement in facilitating energy transportation through cables and hydrogen pipelines from both fixed and floating wind farms extended across multiple projects situated in Norway, Taiwan, South Korea, and several other regions. These experiences have offered a firsthand view of the pivotal role innovation plays in unlocking industries' net-zero potential and the significance of cross-border interconnectivity in harnessing renewable energy resources across countries and continents.
He stands as a Congress Future Energy Leader, concurrently holding certifications as a Peer educator accredited by IRENA. Moreover, he's been honoured with the COP28 Net Zero Teaching Award, acknowledging his contributions to climate education.
His comprehensive perspective has been enriched by his hands-on experience in the field and the narratives gathered from diverse communities.
