She furthered her expertise with an interdisciplinary MSc. in Energy Science and Technology at ETH Zürich, covering technology, energy policy, and economics; and co-founded ‘rootlinks’ aiming to apply systems thinking to climate sustainability. Her master's thesis focused on energy communities supported by distributed energy systems and energy management. Currently, Shipra works on decarbonization projects related to green hydrogen, offshore wind, and energy management, while contributing to green-hydrogen strategy. Committed to personal development, she is taking speaking, communication and leadership courses at work. In 2024, Shipra joined the Norway chapter of the Future Energy Leaders program, aiming to leverage her diverse experiences to humanize energy.
