Stephanie Lalezari is the Senior Manager of the Operational Excellence Program Governance group at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the United States. Her team oversees execution of enterprise-wide Operational Excellence programs delivering improvements to safety, affordability, reliability, sustainability, and customer experience. Stephanie is the co-lead of Edison’s Women’s Roundtable BizFinStrat group, which promotes and supports women in leadership. Prior to her current role, she was part of the Company’s Management Leadership Development Program where she rotated through roles in the Transmission & Distribution Strategy, Digital & Process Transformation, and eMobility groups. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a certificate in Lean Six Sigma.
