Youssouf Eusman is a professional with over six years of experience in Electrical and Renewable Engineering, specializing in design, operation, and maintenance. Currently serving as a Renewable Energy Developer at KACARE in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, he has developed and implemented automated solutions for power generation and weather forecasting. His previous roles included Senior Electrical Engineer at Dar Al-Riyadh Group Consultant, where he managed technical specifications and oversaw electrical projects for the Saudi Railway Company.

Youssouf holds an MBA in Energy and Sustainability from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Sunderland, UK. His professional certifications include McKinsey’s Forward program and multiple renewable energy specializations from renowned institutions. Fluent in Somali, English, Arabic, and French, Youssouf is also actively learning Spanish.

Dedicated to sustainability and youth engagement, Youssouf volunteers as an active member of the SDG7 Constituency and YOUNGO, where he contributes as a Research Coordinator for the Energy Working Group. His diverse background and commitment to renewable energy make him a valuable asset to the Global Future Energy Leaders programme.
